- Zinus deliveries will be scheduled 3 to 4 working days from the date of the order
- Delivery is only scheduled between Mon to Sat (9 am to 6 pm)
ii. We do not do delivery on Sun/Public Holiday
iii. We do not help to set up or install or assemble any of our products for customers (our concept is DIY). If customer requested us to move the goods into their rooms, they must allow us to use a trolley (as most of the time, our goods are delivered by 1 person only)
iv. Any installation requested, will be subjected to an installation fee of $50 payable on a COD basis to our delivery team upon delivery
v. For disposal, we will only dispose on a ‘like-to-like’ basis. Meaning, if the customer only purchase 1 bedframe, we will dispose of 1 bedframe. We do not dispose of 1 mattress for the 1 bedframe purchase.
vi. For disposal, our delivery provider will charge $50 per mattress or per bed frame or any other furniture (per piece), regardless of size
vii. For disposal of bed frame or other furniture/sofa, it must be able to dismantle fully before we can dispose of it. We do not dispose of furniture/sofa if they are not fully dismantled.
viii. Our delivery provider reserves the right not to dispose of any items which they may consider as hazardous to do it.
ix. We do not allow last minute notice of disposal, as the vehicle might not have the space to load up the ‘disposed item’
x. We do not provide a receipt for the disposal service charge
xi. If the delivery address has no lift landing or if it is a maisonette or landed housing, there will be an additional $10 charge per mattress per level that the delivery team needs to carry up. The same thing applies to bedframes or sofa or any furniture, but the charge will be $20 per level
xii. The above additional non-lift landing charges also apply to disposal cases
xiii. If in any case, the customers are not around during the confirmed delivery timing to receive the goods, we will arrange another date for the delivery. However, there will be a 2nd trip delivery cost. The cost is subject to the weight and type of the items
- Our delivery provider will contact the customer a night before delivery to confirm the timing
- We allow a specific requested delivery date from customers if they wish to take delivery after our 3 to 4 working days from the date of order, however, only within 30 days from the date of order.
- Some mattresses may qualify for the 100 days free trial, this will be stated on the product description.

iii. Customer can claim the 100-Day Free Trial (or ask for return) only after 30 days of usage.

v. We do not entertain customers’ return requests if they are found to be beyond the 100-Days (100 days start from the date of delivery)
