All refunds for your cancelled orders will be processed according to their payment method.
Credit Card / Debit Card / Instalment Plan: Refunds will be automatically credited back to your respective card(s) within 7-14 working days after the order is cancelled.
PayNow: Refunds will be credited into your PayNowBank Account within 72 hours after the order is cancelled.
BuyNowPay Later - Refunds & scheduled billings will be credited/removed into/from your BuyNowPay Later Account within 72 hours after the order is cancelled.
Once the order is cancelled and the refund is successful, you will be notified through the Robinsons website in Order Updates under the Notifications tab, as well as your verified email.
To view more details about your cancelled order:
1. Go to My Account on the Robinsons website.
2. Tap on View Purchase History then select Cancelled.
Your order will appear in other tabs if it is not cancelled.
A refund for your cancelled order will be automatically initiated when:
* Order is cancelled by the seller.
* Order cancellation is requested before shipment is arranged by the seller.
* Order is automatically cancelled by the system when the seller fails to ship order(s).
