To ensure a successful return/refund, you have to return the product in its original received condition, complete with all of its original inclusions.

- Free gifts
- Warranties
- Tags
- Manuals
- All the accessories provided with the product
** Pack the product securely in its original packagings, such as a carton box or poly mailer with bubble wrap, to avoid damage during transportation. **
It will also help us sort through your case faster if you include a note inside the parcel indicating:
- Your Robinsons username
- Order serial number
- How is the product damaged / malfunction / incorrect compared to what you ordered
Robinsons team will organize a pick from Qdelivery. Your item will be picked up from your address.
