Robinsons does not offer direct exchange between buyer and seller. If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you can:
1. Raise a refund request from your Robinsons account.
2. Once the seller approves your request, return the product to the seller.
3. When the returned product has been received by the seller, we will release the refund to you.
4. Place a new order for your desired purchase.
