Why can’t I sign up using my phone number?

If you are unable to sign up for a Robinsons' account with your registered phone number, the number could have been used in another existing Robinsons account.

All new users must sign up for a new account. One phone number can only be registered under one Robinsons account.

In the event that you are unable to register with your phone number, contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance.

Below are some of the common reasons why one will fail to sign up for a new account in Robinsons:

1. Your mobile number had been registered in Robinsons
2. Your email address had been registered in Robinsons
