It is possible that there is something wrong with the payment method that you are using or you are trying to use an overseas card. We apologise that only Singapore-issued Credit / Debit Card will be accepted for Credit Card payment.
For credit or debit card users, we recommend using a different card. Alternatively, you may use PayNow to make payment.

5) You have an invalid phone number tied to your account
Due to an invalid phone number tied to your account, we are unable to proceed with your payment. Please bind and verify your account with a valid phone number to proceed.
