I received a notification that a Return/Refund Request was raised, what does that mean?

We will process the Return within 7 working days upon receiving the item in Sellers' warehouse and you will be notified of the outcome via email.

In the event where it is successful, you will be refunded immediately after the refund case was closed. The actual refund process may vary based on your payment method used to pay for the order.
