For Robinsons' website:
- Log out and login back into your Robinsons account by hovering over your Username and clicking on Logout.
- Use a different browser or incognito mode.
- For further assistance, reach out to us through the Robinsons App, by tapping on My Account and Email to Robinsons Customer Service.
For Robinsons' App:
- Log out and Close the Application.
- Log back in.
- If still didn't work, please uninstall/install the app.
