You can only raise a return/refund request if you have not clicked on Order Received to confirm receipt. Once you have confirmed receipt, payment will be released to the seller.
Therefore, ensure that you have received your order in good condition before you click on Order Received.
If you encounter any issue with your order (e.g. damaged or incomplete item, invalid warranty, etc.) after clicking on Order Received, reach out to the Robinsons Customer Service team here to seek agreement on how to resolve the issue.
